Thank you for choosing Celesta Print. We strive to ensure that every product we deliver meets our high standards of quality. However, due to the personalized nature of our photo albums, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

No Refunds on Customized Albums

All sales are final for customized albums due to their bespoke nature. Once an order is placed, your design is immediately sent into production to meet our delivery commitments. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for customized products unless there are manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing Defects

In the rare case that your album arrives with a manufacturing defect, we are committed to making it right. Please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the defect. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement of the defective product at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for customized albums cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Typically, production starts within 24 hours of order placement. If you need to cancel an order within this 24-hour window, please contact our customer support immediately.
